If, after receiving your order you change your mind for any reason , you have 14 days (from date of receipt) to return your purchase.

All returns e-mails receive priority attention, and we will respond a.s.a.p. with clear instructions with regard to returning the goods, on receipt of which a full refund, including initial delivery costs, will be processed.

A wonderful sounding player-grade all solid Taylor with a stunning Lutz Spruce top and Rosewood back & sides.
This guitar has been very well used since it was bought new in 2020 enduring heavy sessions weekly, and thus has a lot of noticeable cosmetic imperfections - these include lots of dings all across the body (some of which are down to wood), significant scratches on the sides, and tarnishing to metal parts.
The neck has a very slight twist and the frets have medium wear, but the guitar still plays very well and all notes fret cleanly so this is not an issue as of yet. All electronics, and tuners work perfectly.
The original case was damaged and has been replaced with a well used Gator hard case. The protection is not compromised in any way, but the outer shell does have some visual damage.
Whilst we have documented the cosmetic issues as much as possible, we strongly recommend viewing this guitar in person before purchase to fully assess the condition.
