Went in to pickup my first guitar recently & was surprised to see how fairly priced & well taken care of the guitars & shop were in general. Has a really homey atmosphere & didn’t at all feel like a run of the mill guitar shop. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mike; Super friendly & accommodating. As soon as my friends and I laid out the budget and what I was looking for he immediately went around the store asking questions and giving great advice based upon the criteria in a really beginner friendly way but also extremely knowledgeable. We were allowed time to play and mess around to get a feel of the guitars and didn’t feel any pressure to hurry up and make a purchase or get out. We took a breather and I was going to leave empty handed but he drew me back in & handed me a beautiful prs, plugged it in, each of us had a go & I was sold. Overall a really easygoing & fun experience. Couldn’t recommend this shop more. Thank you Mikey🙏🙏🤝

Recently I got a Kawai CN201 from Rose Morris, and it was the best thing in the world at this point of my life! The piano itself is much better than I anticipated (since I’m used to upright pianos), and the people at Rose Morris were super friendly and helpful, specially Jordan! And they delivered within working days of the purchase which was quite nice.

Sales consultants are real experts in their field, always ready to help you with advice and pick up the ideal option, taking into account your preferences and skills. We would like to emphasize the quality of service. Here they do not just sell instruments, they create conditions for comfortable choice and testing. You will be given time to quietly inspect the instrument, play it, compare the sound. The prices are quite adequate, especially given the high level of service and the quality of the products offered.

Great experience choosing my guitar. Staff were acommodating, helpful and it was evident they knew their stuff. They were the first shop on the street that I went to, and made me feel at ease as I had been nervous (yet excited) to find my first proper guitar. Allowed me to take my time, and were patient as I went between shops to try the two options I liked the most! They even gave me a discount, as well as spare strings & picks. Thanks to Mike and colleagues- it was nice to meet some fellow Irish!

A friendly local independent music shop with a good selection of guitars, basses, keyboards, and supporting kit. There is a range of brands which are not your standard PRS/Fender offering. These offer incredible quality at a very competitive price point. The staff were happy to let me browse until I was ready to chat. They helped me try out a range of guitars and talked me through the various options at the price point and highlighted the talking points of each model. They had some amps ready to let you really give everything a go, and were happy to let me change back and forth between models to compare them side by side. The gentleman helping me was very patient and accommodating and was clearly not the least bit irritated to be dealing with an novice/improver getting his first real guitar. It was all a really positive experience. I felt no pressure and no condescension. I’m not local to the shop, but would make them my first port of call for my next upgrade. I encourage anyone to check them out for a lovely experience and a range of guitars greater than the usual big brands.

I went to Rose Morris on Denmark Street to check out the Kawai CN201. Here’s what I found: 1. The place has history – You step in, and it feels like music has lived here for years. 2. The staff actually listen – No fake smiles or sales pitches ( I can’t stand that). They know their stuff, and they’re happy to help you find yours. 3. Delivery – I asked if they could speed it up because of my birthday, and they didn’t make it complicated. Just, “Sure, we’ll deliver it tomorrow.” You could chase the cheapest deal at some big warehouse, but what you buy, especially something like a piano, should align with your personal values, not just your wallet. It’s about finding something that feels right. So I’m glad I went with Rose Morris. The piano’s here now, and it’s more than just a purchase - it feels like the right decision.😊 happy happy happy! I went to Rose Morris to try on Kawai pianos. David was helpful in comparing prices of different models without any hard selling pressure. Silas is also very professional in handling the shipment , gentle and polite. It can't be a rush decision to purchase a music instrument, and it can be very personal too. And Rose Morris team understand it.

I recently bought my first Taylor guitar from Rose Morris. I would just like to say that I went to 2 other shops previously, but found the staff at Rose Morris the most helpful in choosing my guitar. They were very attentive, but also remained happy to keep letting me try lots of different guitars they had the 3 times I went in, and so helpful in listening to what I said I thought I was looking for and trying to find the one that would best fit my individual needs! This is fantastic shop. I went in to try out a few keyboards and the particular member of staff I spoke to about them was really helpful. He let me try different models out in a dedicated room downstairs and seemed really knowledgeable about them. The shop has a great atmosphere to it too, so I'd definitely recommend a visit for all music lovers.

I went to Rose Morris on Friday last week looking for a digital piano for my daughter. We were helped by David who was excellent. He was able to answer all my questions and give really helpful advice. The shop in itself is an "experience"! I was so glad to have made the effort to purchase something on-site rather than by something on a whim on line. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service at Rose Morris from Mike and the guys! I bought a beautiful Taylor Acoustic guitar. Mike’s knowledge for the whole range of different Taylor acoustics in stock was fantastic. Denmark Streets finest! Lovely fellas who made me feel very comfortable trying out a couple of guitars, despite my limited ability! Friendly and knowledgeable, proper customer service. I didn't hesitate to part with my money and highly recommend.

We went here while visiting London as musicians. The shop is beautiful and comfortable, with a large amount of instruments and the staff was really nice and helpfull. My guitarist friend could try the guitars he wanted and got home with a new pick offered. They have good advices and share their knowledge with passion, helping the people that come in even when it's more to see than to buy. Really amazing people, thanks for the good moment

Firstly I would say how brilliant Mike and the team were at spending time with my son helping him pick his first electric guitar. He was able to play any one of the 100+ guitars in shop he wanted.
