Over the years I’ve visited the shop many times but this was my first purchase. The customer service I received from David was amazing. He recommended the models for me and gave me room to try and play. He also helped sourcing the model I wanted and communicated with me along the way. I’m glad I went there as otherwise I would’ve missed the sudden appearance of the piano I wanted, and to shop in person and chat with them is a joy! Overall great experience!

What a wonderful shop experience! Took my 14 year old son to buy a "proper" guitar today. Rose Morris was our final stop on our trip through Denmark street, sampling many guitars on the way. I have been dreaming about owning a Taylor guitar since I was 14 (a whole 11 years) and when I decided yesterday was the day I went to at least 5 guitar shops. None made me feel as welcome as much as these guys did. Mike was such a legend. I’m pretty small so finding the right size was crucial for me and he helped so much. At no point was he trying to up sale (which is easily done in other shops I visited), he allowed me to try as many as I needed and in the end we found the perfect one. Their level of knowledge is amazing and makes you feel confident in finding your own feet in the world of Taylor guitars which can be quite daunting. Amazing customer service that felt like hanging out with an old friend. Great banter. And genuinely such an awesome spot. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I can’t recommend David and Rose Morris enough. I recently bought a bass online that I’d seen they were selling. I had a couple of questions which David answered quickly. The deal was done and David had the bass boxed up and shipped within about 1.5 hours. The bass then arrived the next day around 27 hours after I’d made the purchase. I’ve used a handful of other online music retailers in the past and I don’t think any have been this efficient/fast in getting the instrument shipped even when I’ve paid more for faster shipping! I’ve not spent much time with the bass yet (to my annoyance!). But first impressions are that it seems great, as described and well packaged. All in, an easy and friendly transaction. I’ll definitely be checking the website regularly for future purchases! Thanks all!

Had a brilliant experience buying my first guitar today. Jordan was exceptional, taking time to discuss my ambitions and sonic preferences. He even taught me some chords! Jordan was extremely helpful. We felt well taken care of but with no pressure at all. He carried guitars downstairs so I would have somewhere quiet to play. He was knowledgeable about different models and playing styles. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I kept changing my mind. I definitely recommend Rose-Morris for a great selection and excellent service.

Popped into the shop during a visit to London for work. Great staff and a brilliant selection of stock. One particular guitar caught my eye, and, it wasn't until after I'd left I put things in motion. David dealt with me via email and he couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. Bought a lovely Aria Pro II from this shop remotely when I was back home, and the members of staff, Jake and David, were absolutely amazing in keeping me updated with postage. Definitely worth a visit if you're at the world famous Denmark Street!

Went in to pickup my first guitar recently & was surprised to see how fairly priced & well taken care of the guitars & shop were in general. Has a really homey atmosphere & didn’t at all feel like a run of the mill guitar shop. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mike; Super friendly & accommodating. As soon as my friends and I laid out the budget and what I was looking for he immediately went around the store asking questions and giving great advice based upon the criteria in a really beginner friendly way but also extremely knowledgeable. We were allowed time to play and mess around to get a feel of the guitars and didn’t feel any pressure to hurry up and make a purchase or get out. We took a breather and I was going to leave empty handed but he drew me back in & handed me a beautiful prs, plugged it in, each of us had a go & I was sold. Overall a really easygoing & fun experience. Couldn’t recommend this shop more. Thank you Mikey🙏🙏🤝

Can't praise everyone at Rose Morris highly enough - all lovely people who were incredibly helpful (and very patient!) in helping me decide on an acoustic - they even got in a model that I was particularly interested in and which I ended up buying. If you're a lefty like me you'll know how difficult it is tracking down a decent selection of left handed guitars, but Rose Morris stock a very good selection and are very knowledgeable and will help you find what you're looking for. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I visited Rose Morris yesterday looking for a stage keyboard. They were incredibly helpful and gave me advice that was about making sure that I got what I needed - rather than that they made a sale. I really appreciated their attentiveness and the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere, would definitely recommend them and have just purchased my new keyboard from them.

I HAVE TO take the time out to write this Had such a great experience here as a beginner! I came in after breaking a string while tuning my new guitar, and Mike was incredibly helpful. Not only did he fix the string and tune the guitar perfectly, but he also took the time to walk me through the process and shared some really helpful tips. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The price was beyond fair too. Honestly can’t recommend him enough. Thanks man!

I received fabulous customer service from David and Jake, and their in-store product knowledge was top tier. The instrument I needed was no longer in stock, but David did a fantastic job of sourcing it quickly for me and kept me informed at every step of the process. Whatever you’re looking for don’t buy it on Amazon, pick up the phone or go down to their store, I guarantee you’ll be glad that you did.

Super happy this shop exists. Great service, friendly, and legit advice. They even put up with my innane banter and pedantic piano playing. Almost felt guilty for getting such a good deal (still took it though ;-) )
