My daughter bought a beautiful electro acoustic guitar from here. We were looked after by Jordan both on our first visit and then again when we returned, having tested out guitars in other shops on Denmark Street. We ended up spending a little more than our original budget but that was led by my desire to find a guitar my daughter fell in love with. The shop has a lovely selection of guitars to suit most budgets and I would highly recommend you visit when shopping for a new guitar.

Great service, good price. There was a minor issue (not their fault) and David went out of his way to resolve it. The guitar is beautiful and plays really well.

Over the years I’ve visited the shop many times but this was my first purchase. The customer service I received from David was amazing. He recommended the models for me and gave me room to try and play. He also helped sourcing the model I wanted and communicated with me along the way. I’m glad I went there as otherwise I would’ve missed the sudden appearance of the piano I wanted, and to shop in person and chat with them is a joy! Overall great experience!

As a musician, I was looking for a stage piano and went to Rose Morris on recommendation. My experience couldn't have been better. David attended to me kindly. I explained what kind of keyboard I was looking for and, with discernment and honesty, he showed me the models they had available and let me try them out without rushing me. Finally, he gave me the best price for the model I wanted and for the stand I also bought. I definitely recommend this shop!

My first major purchase from Rose-Morris and from my first phone call to the final purchase nothing was too much trouble, i.e. requesting detailed photo, negotiating final price and putting in a special request to the manufacturer. What a wonderful shop experience! Took my 14 year old son to buy a "proper" guitar today. Rose Morris was our final stop on our trip through Denmark street, sampling many guitars on the way. Mike at Rose Morris was fantastic, supplying my son with a vast array of guitars, knowledge and pedals to match his needs. The result a VERY pleased teenager with his "new" guitar and pedal. I can’t recommend David and Rose Morris enough. I recently bought a bass online that I’d seen they were selling. I had a couple of questions which David answered quickly. The deal was done and David had the bass boxed up and shipped within about 1.5 hours. The bass then arrived the next day around 27 hours after I’d made the purchase. I’ve used a handful of other online music retailers in the past and I don’t think any have been this efficient/fast in getting the instrument shipped even when I’ve paid more for faster shipping! I’ve not spent much time with the bass yet (to my annoyance!). But first impressions are that it seems great, as described and well packaged. All in, an easy and friendly transaction. I’ll definitely be checking the website regularly for future purchases! Thanks all!

I played all the digital piano in my price range and found a very good Yamaha P 125a. David was very helpful and I really liked the relaxed but professional atmosphere. The piano was delivered within a few days and all went smoothly. I shall certainly return and have already recommended RoseMorris to other musicians.

Lovely store where everyone was friendly, good selection of guitars and basses which you can try before you buy and it is a nice environment to be in. Staff member Francesca did a great job helping me make the right purchase. Definitely will be a regular shop to visit for me

Jordan was extremely helpful. We felt well taken care of but with no pressure at all. He carried guitars downstairs so I would have somewhere quiet to play. He was knowledgeable about different models and playing styles. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I kept changing my mind. I definitely recommend Rose-Morris for a great selection and excellent service.

I have been dreaming about owning a Taylor guitar since I was 14 (a whole 11 years) and when I decided yesterday was the day I went to at least 5 guitar shops. None made me feel as welcome as much as these guys did. Mike was such a legend. I’m pretty small so finding the right size was crucial for me and he helped so much. At no point was he trying to up sale (which is easily done in other shops I visited), he allowed me to try as many as I needed and in the end we found the perfect one. Their level of knowledge is amazing and makes you feel confident in finding your own feet in the world of Taylor guitars which can be quite daunting. Amazing customer service that felt like hanging out with an old friend. Great banter. And genuinely such an awesome spot. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Popped into the shop during a visit to London for work. Great staff and a brilliant selection of stock. One particular guitar caught my eye, and, it wasn't until after I'd left I put things in motion. David dealt with me via email and he couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.
