Such a great shop with nice and helpful personnel! I was welcome and could try some available preowned Gibsons, fell in love with a 2012 goldtop and could not leave London nor the shop without her. I will definitely come back here on my next London visits, I am really happy with my purchase!

Over the years I’ve visited the shop many times but this was my first purchase. The customer service I received from David was amazing. He recommended the models for me and gave me room to try and play. He also helped sourcing the model I wanted and communicated with me along the way. I’m glad I went there as otherwise I would’ve missed the sudden appearance of the piano I wanted, and to shop in person and chat with them is a joy! Overall great experience!

My daughter bought a beautiful electro acoustic guitar from here. We were looked after by Jordan both on our first visit and then again when we returned, having tested out guitars in other shops on Denmark Street. We ended up spending a little more than our original budget but that was led by my desire to find a guitar my daughter fell in love with. The shop has a lovely selection of guitars to suit most budgets and I would highly recommend you visit when shopping for a new guitar.

After trying a couple of other shops and testing multiple digital pianos, we found the staff members in this shop especially knowledgeable, helpful and unbiased. Our consultant was David and he helped us a lot with the choice, arranged the delivery (which was excellent) and a separate stool delivery. He was also quick to respond to our emails, so I would definitely highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a new instrument.

Great service, good price. There was a minor issue (not their fault) and David went out of his way to resolve it. The guitar is beautiful and plays really well.

Buying a new acoustic (for the first time in 12 years) was a BIG decision - adding a cutaway that could match in with a much loved Taylor. Many guitars were tried, time spent narrowing it down, before selecting (you guessed it) - another Taylor. This was a used one. Played amazingly, but didn't sound as 'fresh' as the new models - which have an updated pick up system Jordon (& the team) and Rose Morris were super patient in advising and guiding me through a pick up upgrade by Taylor. The guitar is now here-and absolutely brilliant. Huge thanks to Jordon and team for all your help.

As a musician, I was looking for a stage piano and went to Rose Morris on recommendation. My experience couldn't have been better. David attended to me kindly. I explained what kind of keyboard I was looking for and, with discernment and honesty, he showed me the models they had available and let me try them out without rushing me. Finally, he gave me the best price for the model I wanted and for the stand I also bought. I definitely recommend this shop!

My first major purchase from Rose-Morris and from my first phone call to the final purchase nothing was too much trouble, i.e. requesting detailed photo, negotiating final price and putting in a special request to the manufacturer. Everything was handled expertly, this will definately not be my only main purchase from Rose-Morris, I will be back. Who was my point of contact? Jake, who gets a 10/10 for looking after me. This is a great shop with an amazing choice of guitars, very friendly staff and super helpful. I bought a guitar for my son and he loved the experience, he was able to try a few different models and take his time to choose the right one. Highly recommended!

Mike was really helpful, friendly and chatty. Had a great sense of humour and was a fantastic salesman (unfortunately for my wallet). I'm not local, so they offered to ship my guitar home for me, so I didn't have to cram it on the train home

Bought a lovely Aria Pro II from this shop remotely when I was back home, and the members of staff, Jake and David, were absolutely amazing in keeping me updated with postage. Definitely worth a visit if you're at the world famous Denmark Street!

What a wonderful shop experience! Took my 14 year old son to buy a "proper" guitar today. Rose Morris was our final stop on our trip through Denmark street, sampling many guitars on the way. Mike at Rose Morris was fantastic, supplying my son with a vast array of guitars, knowledge and pedals to match his needs. The result a VERY pleased teenager with his "new" guitar and pedal. I played all the digital piano in my price range and found a very good Yamaha P 125a. David was very helpful and I really liked the relaxed but professional atmosphere. The piano was delivered within a few days and all went smoothly. I shall certainly return and have already recommended RoseMorris to other musicians.

I can’t recommend David and Rose Morris enough. I recently bought a bass online that I’d seen they were selling. I had a couple of questions which David answered quickly. The deal was done and David had the bass boxed up and shipped within about 1.5 hours. The bass then arrived the next day around 27 hours after I’d made the purchase. I’ve used a handful of other online music retailers in the past and I don’t think any have been this efficient/fast in getting the instrument shipped even when I’ve paid more for faster shipping! I’ve not spent much time with the bass yet (to my annoyance!). But first impressions are that it seems great, as described and well packaged. All in, an easy and friendly transaction. I’ll definitely be checking the website regularly for future purchases! Thanks all!

Lovely store where everyone was friendly, good selection of guitars and basses which you can try before you buy and it is a nice environment to be in. Staff member Francesca did a great job helping me make the right purchase. Definitely will be a regular shop to visit for me
