All the Classic Series cymbals are satin buffed, with a standard profile and a prominent domed bell, with regular lathing on top and bottom and discreet hammering.

All of these give the CS cymbals a pleasant low-end, classic tone, with a good amount of definition, but also a healthy dose of 'whoosh'

The 16" Medium Thin Crash has a clear, pingy, mid-range sound, and it boasts loads of warm overtones. It is a very traditionally sounding cymbal that will please both experienced drummers and contemporary players who are looking for the classic cymbal sound.
