  2. Click and collect it today.  If its showing on our website it means it is in stock in our store today.  You can collect 7 days a week at our convenient central London store.
  3. Browse in-store.  We hold much more stock in our Denmark Street store than we show online.  Follow in the footsteps of so many music icons and browse the shelves of our store 7 days a week.
  4. Mail-order.  Prefer to talk to a human being, but can’t get into London.  Pick up the phone and speak to one of our products specialists.  Once you have found the perfect product, We can take your order over the phone and dispatch same day.  

What if a product is not showing on the website?

Don’t panic, we don’t put everything we stock on the website.  We hold much more stock in store and deliveries arrive every day.  If there is something specific you are looking for, drop us an email or pick up the phone and speak to a Rose Morris Team Member.

Whilst there is no experience quite like shopping in our Denmark Street, London store, we can deliver goods to your home for your convenience.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders received by 12.00pm for in-stock items will normally be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends) with Interlink Predict - 1 hour delivery window service.

Once your goods are on the road Interlink can Predict the 1 hour expected delivery window. To receive this information, simply fill in the preferred contact details at checkout.

Want to avoid waiting in for parcels to arrive?

Just select Hold at Store when you order and we will call as soon as the goods are ready.

Simply bring your ‘order processed’ e-mail confirmation and proof of I.D. for collection any time during opening hours.

Mail Order

If you would prefer to order by phone, please call us during business hours with your chosen item order codes and payment card details to hand.

Orders for in-stock items received by 2.00pm will normally be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends)

Please note that we can only deliver mail order items to the registered address of the cardholder.

Returns

If, after receiving your order you change your mind for any reason , you have 14 days (from date of receipt) to return your purchase.

Just call us on 020 7836 0991 or e-mail [email protected] stating your full name and address,contact phone number,the original order number and full details of any issues.

All returns e-mails receive priority attention, and we will resond a.s.a.p. with clear instructions with regard to returning the goods, on receipt of which a full refund,including initial delivery costs, will be processed.

Please be aware that audio/video/DVD recordings, unsealed software, and any personalised goods made to your specifications are not covered by the above.

You can spread the cost of your purchases over 12 or 24 months when you spend a minimum of £300.
Interest Free, 9 month finance is available on selected products.

How to apply:

Online

Click the ‘Finance’ button on any qualifying product page to see how you can spread the cost.  A calculator will pop up, and you can choose your Finance Option and to see an illustration of what your deposit, monthly payments and total payment would be.
 
To purchase, add the item(s) to your cart as you would normally and simply choose ‘Finance’ to apply when you check out.
 
You will then need to fill out your details so please have your account number, sort code, address details & your employment details with you.
 
It will be submitted to our finance provider and you will get an instant update.
 
NB : Home delivery orders, paid with finance, can only be shipped to the address used in the finance application.

By Phone

To apply for finance on a mail order purchase please contact the relevant department on 020 7836 0991 and we will happily process your order and application.

In Store

To apply in store, please take along a recent utility bill as proof of address and a debit/credit card, driving licence or valid passport for proof of signature. You will also need to have your bank details available.

Finance terms and conditions

Finance is available over 12 or 24 months and is subject to status. Applicants are required to be at least 18 years old, employed and UK resident for the last 3 years to qualify.

Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and the deposit has been received.

Home delivery orders, paid with finance, can only be shipped to the address used in the finance application.

Customers using our Click&Collect service will be required to present 2 forms of ID when collecting orders at store. The following forms of ID are acceptable:

Current UK driving licence (both card and counterfoil for new style licences)

- Valid Passport supported by work/residence permit if none EEA Passport, expiring no less than 2 months after the Customer Agreement is due to end.

- Utility Bill, Credit Card or Bank Statement dated with the last 3 months will be accepted as a second proof with one of the above. NB Mobile Phone Bills are not acceptable.

We are unable to offer finance for gift vouchers.

Customers using 0% finance (when available) may find their final month loan repayment is less than stated. Dependent on the loan amount, the final payment may be between 1p – 99p less.              

We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products. Details are available upon request.

Finance FAQ's

Who is eligible for finance?

To apply for finance you must be:

  • At least 18 years or older
  • A permanent UK resident
  • In regular employment

What happens if my application is declined?

If your application is declined you will have the option of choosing an alternative method of payment.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Orders paid by finance can only be shipped to the same billing address as your finance application.

We cannot send your purchase to a different delivery address.
 

How will I know what is available for finance?

Items displaying the finance button will be available on finance. 

Total orders under £300 are not eligible for finance.
Finance based on minimum order of £300 with 10% deposit 
eg: 10% deposit (£30.00) & 90% finance credit (£270)
